What to cook with pork feet ?



Pork legs can be prepared not one or two delicious dishes and soups as long as you're a fan of such traditional dishes. Here are some ideas:


Cooked pork feet


Ingredients: 4 pcs. pork feet, 1. roots for soup, 70 g onions, old, 3 tsp celery leaves, 1. bay leaf, 4. beans, 1/2 Mount parsley, 5 pcs. black pepper


Method of preparation:


The legs are cleaned and washed well. Boil in a pressure cooker along with root soup, onion and spices. When ready, the feet are served with parsley and mustard or horseradish, and a separate bowl of broth is poured.


Pacha soup


Ingredients: 5 feet pork, 2 onions, 1 carrot, 1/2 head celery, 2 bay leaves, 2 parsley root, 5-6 grains allspice, cloves 3-4, 10-12 black pepper, 1 cup milk, 2 heads of garlic, 1/2 packet of butter, 3-4 tablespoons of vinegar and salt to taste.


Method of preparation:


Wash pig feet, then pour in cold salted water. Put to boil. When soften, add to chopped celery, carrots, root parsley, bay leaves, allspice, black pepper, cloves, finely chopped onions and cloves of garlic, one head.


When pork legs are dissolved, is out, the meat is removed from them. Chop finely and returns strained broth. Add heated milk and butter. Upon presentation of the table is served and court in which you put vinegar and crushed garlic cloves in the second chapter.

How to make chocolate ?

For a long time I do not eat store-bought chocolate because hardly eat sugar and do not know what they contain chocolates that are sold. If there is one thing that will greatly affect the way you look - it's sugar. Stop it for one month and appreciate the difference. Note that you need to read food labels because sugar is where you might expect - in crayfishes (not crab, and of cod and other ingredients), soy sauce, mustard, ketchup ...

Chocolate Products

250 g cocoa butter

80 g coconut oil

100 g cocoa

50 g of honey (2.5 tablespoons) becomes as black, not sweet chocolate, try before you put cocoa and if you add honey

Cocoa butter is solid as soap and must be melted.
